We're hiring a Complex Litigation Staff Attorney for a fully remote engagement supporting active matters at a Los Angeles-based firm. This is a substantive litigation role suited to an attorney with prior staff attorney experience who can handle complex, document-intensive cases -- not a first-level document review assignment.

Location requirement: Candidates must live and work in California and be available during Pacific Time business hours.

What You'll Do

• Litigation Support: Provide substantive support on complex matters, including issue spotting, fact analysis, and case development under attorney direction.
• Advanced Discovery: Perform second-level review, privilege analysis and logging, draft review protocols, and run targeted searches in Relativity.
• Case Development & Witness Prep: Synthesize key documents, develop facts chronologies, and assist with preparation of witnesses and case materials.
• Team Collaboration: Work directly with staff attorneys, eDiscovery counsel, and firm attorneys across multiple matters as needs shift.

What We're Looking For

• Active attorney license in good standing (California required)
• Prior Staff Attorney experience within complex litigation teams
• Background in document-intensive litigation with discovery responsibilities beyond first-level review
• Proficiency with Relativity and familiarity with protocol drafting and privilege workflows
• Ability to work Pacific Time business hours in a fully remote setting
